BCS is organized as a 501c3 non-profit organization under the laws of the State of California. Our volunteer Board members donate hundreds of hours each year to help us accomplish our goals.
Meet our Board!

As Board Chair, Heather is responsible for overseeing grant submissions and reporting, running the board meetings, and representing BCS in the community. She also spends many hours providing client case management, and of course, providing all financial oversight to the organization.
