BCS operates with six staff members, only one full-time, in Orange and San Diego Counties. Our staff is made up of compassionate individuals who manage all aspects of our organization, including application processing, client navigation, referrals, fund raising, and grant writing. We are able to maintain a small staff of 2.5 FTE because of our volunteeers who donate over 11,000 hours each year - the equivalent to five full-time staff positions. |
