BCS operates with one full-time and six part-time staff members. Our staff is made up of compassionate individuals who manage all aspects of our organization, including application processing, client navigation, referrals, fund-raising, and grant writing. We are able to maintain a small staff size because of our volunteers who donate over 10,000 hours each year - the equivalent to five full-time staff positions. |
